This is the website of the Laboratory of Human Resources and Performance (Recursos Humanos y Rendimiento – in Spanish).
The Lab RhR is located at the Faculty of Labor Relations of the University of Santiago de Compostela and it is devoted to scientific research on performance, evaluation, and development of human resources in public and private organizations.
We have extensively published our research in Top journal over the years, including the Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Psychology, Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology, European Journal of Selection and Assessment, among other.
